Requirements needed: * 2 years' commercial experience * Windows servers * Office 365 * Active Directory * PC Hardware/ diagnose faults
Responsibilities: * Providing 1st/2nd Line Support * Log support requests from all UK sites * Work in accordance with SLA's * Prioritise workload/support tickets
