Job Details

Seeking a talented Senior Service Desk Analyst, with five+ years experience, and a passion for technology and customer service, to provide remote and tech bar service desk / helpdesk technical support.

Your core Service Desk technical skills will include Windows 10, Office365, Teams, Active Directory, and VPN network troubleshooting. Ideally you will be ITIL aware or accredited. ITIL & SDI training provided.

Salary is £35,000 plus a bonus (£2k guaranteed) and a comprehensive benefits package including 25 days holiday, pension, a health and well being package, and access to the Perkbox platform of benefits and discounts.
