A leading organisation in the Central Belt requires a number of experienced IT Operations Shift Managers to join its growing support function.

Suitable candidates will have experience of leading teams that are responsible for monitoring critical IT applications/systems (with ideally some exposure to mainframe systems) within a 24/7 ITIL-based environment.
