You will be utilising your skill set within a Service Desk environment and using your previous ticketing experience. Within this position you will ensure that phone calls and emails are dealt with in a timely manner, you will be working within a 1st line capacity aiming to resolve incidents quickly and efficiently and working with technologies such as: Windows O/S, Active Directory, Microsoft Office, and many more.
The business operates in a 24/7 capacity meaning this position involves shift work on a 24/7 pattern.WE NEED YOU TO HAVE.....
