Procurement Officer

We are supporting a Private Sector client to appoint a Procurement Officer on a permanent basis with a salary of £25,000, based in Milton Keynes.

Our client's procurement platform gives public sector customers access to the suppliers they need via the most effective procurement route (whether via a framework or open competition) using their exclusive hybrid model. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of transactional procurement processes on behalf of their customers, this will be both mini-competitions and direct awards, with projects ranging from £10,000 to £1,000,000. The successful candidate will be a multi-tasker who can thrive in a high-pressured environment.

To apply you should have the following skills & experience:

• Knowledge of e-sourcing and tendering solutions
• Demonstrable category and sourcing experience within a private or public sector organisation
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to prioritise multiple projects whilst maintaining client commitments in a fast-paced environment.
