Job Details

Leading firm in Hertfordshire seeks to appoint a Commercial Litigation Partner to join their successful Disputes team.

Our client has an excellent commercial disputes practice, handing high quality commercial litigation work on behalf of local, regional and national clients. The team, a punchy challenger to London disputes practices, advises on all aspects of complex, high value commercial disputes work with a clear focus on undertaking high quality work for high quality commercial clients. The team advises large listed corporates, owner managed enterprises, PLCs, entrepreneurs and investors.

The firm is keen to appoint a commercial litigation partner to work alongside two other well regarded partners and as a key member of a growing disputes practice. Joining a team with diverse expertise covering all manner of commercial contract disputes, partnership, shareholder and director disputes, company dissolutions, insolvency and debt recovery, banking and finance litigation and professional negligence claims as well as property and contentious probate cases, you will bring strong technical expertise in one or more of these areas.

In addition, you will be able to develop strong and sustainable client relationships, be outward facing, commercial in your approach and client led.

This is an excellent role which would suit a senior commercial disputes lawyer looking for a first partnership role (perhaps practising in London or with another recognised regional firm) or an existing partner looking for a better opportunity to progress. This firm is a well established, friendly and supportive firm with an excellent team based ethos and merit based partnership culture.
