One of the world's leading law firms is looking for a confident, energetic and determined Change and Communications Manager to work at the heart of the firm's change and transformation activities, collaborating closely with the UK regional leadership team to define, deliver and communicate change programmes across the region.

The Change and Communications Manager will be an important member of the firm's Brand, Communications and Marketing function and will collaborate closely with the UK Regional Managing Partner and UK Regional Chief Operating Officer. The UK region is the firm's largest organisation and is at the forefront of their global client and internal transformation. Ensuring all change and communications programmes are aligned with the firm's global strategy and providing guidance and advice to senior stakeholders on best practice, you will lead create, develop, co-ordinate and execute change and communications programmes to achieve UK regional objectives. The successful applicant will develop and maintain internal messaging for the programmes, curate key content and must ensure all programmes are delivered in a timely and digestible manner. The role holder will also be responsible for the regular evaluation of the impact and effectiveness of programmes and their associated communications and adapt them accordingly.

You will have successful and solid experience in a similar role, ideally gained in an international legal environment, to include a proven track record in managing strategic change and communications programmes and initiatives across organisations and of advising and supporting Senior Partners and C-Suite personnel. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, good attention to detail and a strong ability to build relationships across an organisation are essential. Motivated, proactive, forward-thinking, organised and diplomatic, the Change and Communications Manager will be a team player, willing to go the extra mile for both the programme and stakeholders. A proven track record in video production and managing multi-media internal communications campaigns will be highly advantageous.
