Construction Professional Support Lawyer - 12 month FTC

'Top 50' Firm

Candidates who are looking for a rewarding legal position within a leading law firm that doesn't require any fee-earning work, should enquire about one of Chadwick Nott's recent instructions with our client, a 'Top 50' law firm in Bristol

They have an initially temporary requirement for an experienced Construction Lawyer to work on a specific project based around the delivery of E-training/learning and the streamlining of processes across this firm's global construction practice. The role will have a particular focus on litigious matters/arbitration in construction.

Key Responsibilities

Creation and maintenance of precedents, templates and work plans

Assessing and establishing the best practice approach to the different stages of
construction matters

Playing an integral role in the support of the global construction practice in
conjunction with other PSLs worldwide, with a focus on global documentation and

Providing input on, and support for, the configuration of new technology in support of
the Construction team

Candidates don't necessarily need experience in a PSL/Knowledge Management role, but they should have solid construction experience, strong academics and a background within high quality firms. You may be a Partner or Legal Director in construction law, looking for a more flexible role.

This role can be based from Bristol, London or Newcastle and can offer the flexibility of a four days per week working pattern.
