Job Details
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Payroll Compliance Administrator! Our client is a Payroll company looking for a new addition join their busy and growing team based in Newport, South Wales. The successful candidate will be joining a company incorporated in 2014, servicing a wide-variety of recruitment agency clients all over the UK in all aspects of umbrella payroll. They invest a lot of time in all their employees and are offering full training and development opportunities.
Monday to Friday - 9am-5.50pm - 40 hour weeks - £24,000 - £26,000 annual wage
Rewards Scheme + Uniform + Pension + Training Opportunities + Career Progression + Holiday
The Role
Using spreadsheets and formulae to collate weekly payroll information and import into our payroll system.
Set up new agency workers within our payroll system.
Collate worker compliance documents and store in workers records.
Check, sign and return agency/worker contracts
Update workers records with passport details, P45/P60's and holiday forms
Report and work directly with our directors.
The Candidate
Exceptionally Polite telephone manner is essential to communicate daily with clients and our agency staff
Payroll experience (desirable)
Good office keyboard skills with a high level of Microsoft office 365 knowledge
Must be an ambitious individual and be able to work alone or as part of a team
Hold a full clean driver's licence
