Service Supervisor

Field Service Engineer / Service Technician / Maintenance Engineer looking to come off the tools and move into an office-based position as a Service Supervisor / Service Controller.

We are currently recruiting for a Service Supervisor / Technical Service coordinator / Controller and would suit a Compressor Service Engineer / Technical Support Engineer with compressor experience looking to come off the tools

Up to 34k depending on experience

The Service Supervisor / Technical Service coordinator / Controller role
Supervise the work, assignments, and schedule of the Service Technicians and profitability of the Service Department
Provide technical and engineering support to Service Technicians and customers for compressor installations, start-up, maintenance and troubleshooting
Assist in generating quotes for compressor service repairs/maintenance agreements
Implement and maintain a comprehensive Service Technician training program
Work with the sales force to ensure proper compressed air installation and design
Maintain the parts department including inventory

Service Supervisor / Technical Service Coordinator / Controller Requirements
Experience servicing compressors, nitrogen generators, pipework, blowers, compressed air equipment or similar technical products
Commutable to Reading or willing to relocate
The ability in maintaining good professional working relationships with existing and new customers
Proven experience within the compressor industry as a Service Engineer / Service Supervisor / Technical Service Coordinator / Controller or similar role
