Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum (dependant on experience)
Location: Winnersh & Farnborough (with remote working options also)
You will be required to go through SC Clearence if successful in securing this role
Hands on Technical Support Manager required to join a multinational company specializing in security and identity solutions on a permanent basis.
The chosen candidate will lead a small customer facing technical/application support team who ensure the support and maintenance of the clients components/application on their customer's solution in accordance with the relevant SLA's.
This is rare opportunity to join a multi national company who are a leader in their field.
- Team Lead/Management Experience of Customer facing teams -
- Previous experience in a similar technical/application support environment - ideally supporting an end customer
- Strong Linux (Red Hat) experience
- Windows OS and Server Experience
- Oracle (constructing and running queries) would be advantageous
- A proactive approach to system administration and support functions
