*Medical Information, Global Professional Contact Centre Manager - Global Pharma - 12-month contract *
My client is a Global Pharmaceutical company and they have a position available for a Global Professional Contact Centre Manager to join their Medical Information / Medical Affairs team for an initial 12- month contract.
As the Global Professional Contact Centre (PCC) Manager, you will work very closely with the PCC Project lead to manage country readiness and country implementation for the Go Live with the vendor. Providing hands-on support and guidance to the country for the initial gap analysis, process updates and all deliverables related to implementation readiness and the subsequent go-live with the vendor. You will identify processes enhancements/changes to really optimise their ways of working in the context of the extended medical information (MI) services provided through the PCC.
In order to apply for the Global PCC Manager contract, you should possess a Life Sciences degree and have good experience in medical Information especially with experience of implementing a Medical Information first line outsourced service or managing an existing outsourced service. Alternatively, good Medical Information experience working alongside a first line vendor or working for a vendor with responsibilities for account management activities. Demonstrated experience in project management and vendor relationship management experience are ideal
