Our client, a leading global consulting firm is seeking to recruit a talented and ambitious Transaction Services Assistant Director.
The Assistant Director is required to work independently, and with the support of other Assistant Directors, Directors and Partners, develop and grow the Transaction Services business within Corporate Finance, as well as develop team members. You will have a good understanding of, and experience in, the field of financial due diligence for corporate or strategic buyers, private equity or financial buyers and vendors and / or reporting accountant's work. You will also have developed sector knowledge.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
·ACA/ACCA qualified (or overseas equivalent), or relevant work experience.
·Experience of working within a corporate finance department.
·Previous management experience.
·Good knowledge of MS Office, in particular Word, Powerpoint and Excel.
·For those involved in Capital Markets transactions a thorough knowledge of the relevant legislation
