Head of HR Shared Service Centre | East Midlands | £55,000 - £65,000

Cherry Professional are currently working with a growing organisation to recruit a Head of HR Shared Service Centre on a permanent basis.

Reporting to the HR Director, you will take full responsibility for ensuring the smooth running of HR and Payroll for this large and complex organisation. This role will also give you the opportunity to work on both a strategic and operational level - including the autonomy to make process improvements to ensure that all efficiencies are maximised.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage operational teams to ensure they work collaboratively.
Ensure the HR services team offer an excellent service to all colleagues.
Work with key stakeholders to identify efficiencies and implement these changes.
Manage processes to ensure that there is timely and accurate processing of all HR admin and payroll activities.
Collaborate with wider HR team on relevant project work.
Coaching and developing of all team members.

Your team will be responsible for

All payroll activities.
Process all changes in contractual agreements.
Maintain all employee records.
Employee Relations queries.
Completing all reference requests for ex employees.

What's on offer
