Role: IT Helpdesk Manager
Location: Dudley, West Midlands
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE
My client, an award-winning managed service provider, is looking for an IT Helpdesk Manager to manage a small helpdesk team and act as a point of escalation when needed. The company offers paid certifications, internal training, and fantastic progression opportunities. You will be technically hands-on, with management experience within a busy environment.

- Experience managing a helpdesk/service desk team within a Managed Service environment
- Solid Networking skills including DNS, DHCP, VPN, Firewalls
- Strong knowledge of VMware and Hyper-V
- Office365, Exchange Online and SharePoint- Windows Server 2012/2016/2019
- Azure Intune
