This is initially a temporary role as a Customer Returns Specialist, with potential for longer term extension into a permanent position. This role would suit someone with excellent attention to detail and administrative skills, who is hard working, and eager to begin a career with a global company who offer excellent career progression opportunities. This is a full time role, based in Harlow with some remote working available. Candidates must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and be able to effectively communicate with colleagues and customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Description
- Responsible for ensuring all customer returns are processed in accordance with the standard procedures through Oracle
- Work with Sales and other departments to resolve any issues which may arise
- Use the system to ensure the product is returned to stock, destroyed or returned to the supplier as appropriate
- Ensure open and clear lines of communication are upheld at all times
- Work to fast paced deadlines with accuracy and efficiency
- Work well within your team
- Communicate effectively mostly via email but occasionally over the phone if required
