Head of Learning & Development
Our client, a fantastic group of retail brands, is currently looking for a talented Head of Learning & Development to develop and drive the Groups L&D strategy.
With strong experience of designing and delivering a varied, blended programme of learning initiatives you will be responsible for leading a team of L&D specialists while still being very hands on, developing a strong learning culture and providing commercially focussed and pragmatic solutions to L&D across the group.
Ideally you come from the retail sector and have a creative and innovative as well as commercial approach to people development, are an excellent relationship builder and have the flexibility to work at all levels plus the gravitas to gain credibility very quickly with senior leaders in the business. You must be ambitious and keen to progress and grow the role as the business is rapidly expanding. This would suit someone used to working in a very fast paced and dynamic environment where the potential is massive and there is so much opportunity.
