I am partnered with a dynamic and growing organisation in the transport sector that are seeking a Fleet Administrator to join them for this permanent opportunity, based in Dunmow please note this is a full-time office based role. A driver is required.

Client Details

The client are an exciting organisation who after a period of growth are seeking a Fleet Administrator who is immediately available to join them for this permanent Fleet Administrator opportunity.

  • Maintaining a fleet of approx. 2000 vehicles, ensuring all legal requirements have been complied
  • Ensuring all details for each vehicle are recorded effectively on the internal system and are correct for corresponding vehicles
  • Liaising with local Council's to apply for vehicle licenses
  • Help to process invoices and V5's
  • Data entry to ensure internal system is up to date
  • Providing ongoing support to the Fleet Manager and Finance Director


You will be immediately available and able to commute to the client offices in Dunmow for full-time work. You will be proficient in the use of Excel in particular spreadsheets and enjoy working with other people.
