Senior marketing role with a European remit.
The office is based near Chippenham, post pandemic the role will be partly office, partly home based.
Established and respected employer.

I am delighted to support a great Client of ours with recruitment of a Marketing Manager.

What you'll be doing

The successful candidate will report into the Marketing Director and they will work in a team of four in the UK as well as a global marketing team based in the US. The main emphasis of the role will be to develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns aimed at the European market. To achieve outcomes required, you'll work cross functionally with other teams such as Digital, Creative, Social, PR and Retail. Another core part of this role will be to work closely with the global digital agency and manage all aspects of regional performance marketing (SEO, paid, affiliate). For both key aspects mentioned above, the successful candidate will play a key part in planning and analysis, less so in execution.

What experience you'll need to apply

Previous experience working on a managerial level for a consumer brand.
Background in eCommerce, retail or premium goods is beneficial.
Proven track record of managing campaigns.
Experience working for a large organisation at some point in your career, ideally with a matrix structure and exposure to a net of stakeholders.
International experience is hugely beneficial.
