Deputy Manager - Domiciliary Care

Salary: £26,500 per annum

Hours: 37.5 hours per week - 5 days out of 7 including bank holidays, Early and Late shifts and weekends/ on call tasks as required. (Rotational basis 7am-11pm)

Location: North Leeds

You will work closely with the Registered Manager to manage business performance and ensure effective strategic planning and management for business growth, utilising technology and effective business systems to increase efficiencies of operations. The service operates from 7am-11pm 7days a week, you will be expected to work flexibly on evenings and weekends as required. You will also be part of the on-call out of hours rota.

As a proactive and passionate person, you will work to ensure the delivery of high-quality care services consistent with the expectations and preferences of service users, their NOK, CQC commissioners and ensure a good standard of Quality Assurance.

You will manage and work closely with our highly skilled domiciliary care team who are at the heart of the delivery of our services. As an experienced and enthusiastic deputy manager working with adults with varying health needs, you will be an integral part of the management team and the effective and safe delivery of our person-centred and culturally sensitive domiciliary care services.
