Aceso Healthcare specialise in the permanent and temporary placements of Healthcare professionals throughout the UK.
Currently, we are working on behalf of a client in Essex who are looking for a number of highly experienced Day Nurses to join their team.
You will be responsible for providing effective leadership and guidance to Nursing staff and care staff ensuring they are delivering high quality and effective services to residents.
Shifts: 7:15am - 1:45pm (Early 6.5 hours)
1:15pm - 7:45pm (Late 6.5 hours)
7:15am - 7:45pm (Long Shift 12.5 hours)
Job Purpose
Working in close liaison with the Head of Care and Unit Manager provide Nursing and Care staff with effective leadership that promotes the clients philosophy of care, ensuring that residents receive holistic client centred care that promotes effective safeguarding, dignity and health well-being at all times.
Be the main source of expertise on a particular area of specialism, ensuring that staff are coached and guided appropriately to deliver best practice.
Job Summary
Responsible for the assessment of care needs for people with neurological disability and the development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care for all residents residing on the unit.
