We have a new permanent opportunity to join our globally successful client in a 1st line / 2nd line support role based from the Edinburgh offices.
The ideal candidate will have:-
- Experience of mobility / mobile phones / telephony gained working in a mobile phone shop / telephony environment
- 1st/2nd Line customer support experience
The role is very process driven so needs someone that is a calm listener, with good mobile phone support skills, and keen to problem solve sometimes technical mobile phone issues.
Ideally you will have worked in a major phone shop, or have recently / currently supported mobile phone telephony in a customer support environment.
Working to SLAs, with problems that can be swift or need chasing up you will work with different technical teams internally to help deliver a great customer experience.
