Your new company A financial services business based in central London are currently recruiting for a Benefits Manager to join them on a 6 month interim basis to support an increase in workload. This role can be fully remote.
Your new role Reporting into the International Benefits Lead, you will support the management of the UK and Ireland benefits. You will ensure that the company has a competitive benefits offering in the market, as well as managing the day to day operations. You will manage the relationship with vendors and come up with fresh ideas on communication.
What you'll need to succeed You will be a Benefits specialist ideally with pensions experience. Ideally you will come from a financial services background but this is not essential. Flexible benefits experience is also desirable.
