An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading manufacturing based out of their Crewe office`s. The successful Customer Service Executive / Account Manager will respond to customer enquiries via multiple channels, acting as an ambassador for the brand, managing customer accounts, processing orders and handling quotations

Client Details

Our client, based in Crewe, is a leading Manufacturing business, with a large customer base across the UK. Due to continued success, they are looking for a Customer Service Executive / Account Manager to join their team.


Duties of the Customer Service Executive / Account Manager will be/have:
  • Respond to customer enquiries via email and telephone calls
  • Answers pre order enquiries
  • Resolves post order enquires and complaints
  • Provides technical assistance to customers placing orders
  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts
  • Communicates information about the company's products and services
  • Putting together customer quotations and samples
  • Up-selling additional products and services
  • Actively encourages feedback from customers and provides recommendations for improvement


The successful candidate will be/have:
  • Experience within a similar Customer Service / Account Manager position
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience of managing multiple accounts
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Understands the need for confidentiality and compliance with legislation
  • Previous manufacturing experience

Job Offer

The salary on offer is £18k - £21k per annum Monday - 25 days holiday + career progression.
