Our client is a leading financial solutions provider for home improvements and offers ECO carbon funding and finance to the installer network.

About the Role

They are looking for a driven Agile Business Analyst to join the business and support with managing system (and non-functional) requirements between the business and the software development team throughout the duration of ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities and Duties will include:
  • Gather, analyse, document, and validate the needs of the business stakeholders
  • Elicit business requirements from business users and subject matter experts
  • Define, document, analyse and prioritise requirements
  • Write functional and non-functional specifications
  • Lead development of common standards and tools
  • Assists in testing, operational rollout and support
  • Comply with all company policies

Skills & Knowledge:
  • Experienced with Agile methodology, writing user stories, managing/participating within scrum calls, prioritising backlog in conjunction with the product owner(s), etc.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skill
  • Team player who works well with technical and non-technical resources
  • Ability to take strategic direction from executive management
  • Ability to see tasks through to completion without significant guidance
  • Be flexible to work in other related departments when the needs of the business require it

Closing date: 16.04.2021

Location: Office based, with flexibility

Hours: Standard but flexible 37.5 hours per week, Mon-Fri, 9-5:30

Salary: £30,000 to £40,000 (Dependent on Experience)
