Revolutionary B2B SaaS scale-up with considerable funding from illustrious investors. Multi-award winning, tipped to be a future tech "unicorn". They're looking for their FIRST CS hire to own and dictate the growth of the Customer Success function.

Responsibilities
  • Onboard, train and drive user adoption on a user-by-user basis
  • Own the strategic relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Proactively build best-in-class, repeatable and scalable CS processes


Qualifications
  • Early stage B2B SaaS start-up CS experience - either having built before, or been a big part of a scaling B2B SaaS success story
  • Work closely with product to drive improvements
  • Start-up enthusiast
