Senior Growth Marketing Manager

Energize Group are partnered with a well established not-for-profit organisation who operate in the travel and tourism space. We are on the search for a Head of Growth to fill a newly created position for the business. This is a Sunday Times Top 100 company thus presents a fantastic opportunity for the right person.

The purpose of the position is to develop and deliver growth and conversion strategies to increase profit from our websites. This is an opportunity to build a team to grow audiences and income from a broad range of channels including email, social, influencer, mobile app and affiliates.

Responsibilities;

• Lead and deliver the growth strategy, increase customer acquisition, retention and conversion across various channels
• Lead and develop a new team, recruit new positions as required and work with other marketing teams
• Line manage a small team
• Develop acquisition and retention marketing plans to drive growth and maximize ROI
• Lead a multichannel project team to ensure we are growing our audiences and generating income from all our channels (socuial, paid, influencer etc.)
• Be the product owner of our website and prioritising development, content and design/UX requirements to deliver growth
• CRO including designing and delivering a personalisation strategy
• Lead and manage affiliate relationships
