IT Support Engineer
A prestigious hospitality / private members organisation is looking to grow their IT team with the addition of an IT Support Engineer to be based onsite at the Epsom clubhouse.
The IT Support Engineer will be working as part of the onsite IT team and will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd line technical support to all departments within the organisation. This could be remotely as part of their helpdesk function, or face to face within the Epsom clubhouse and on occasions onsite in their London venue (SW1Y).
A large part of the role will be providing support to the particular applications used by the organisation (Oracle Opera PMS and Oracle Simphony POS) and as your knowledge grows within the role, they hope that you will become the subject matter expert on both.
The role will be a mixture of BAU activities and project work, with the IT Support Engineer entrusted with running their own projects too.
It's important that the IT Support Engineer can demonstrate a background in IT Support that covers;
- Oracle Opera PMS
- Oracle Simphony POS
- Windows Server / Active Directory
- Office 365
- Hardware troubleshooting
