1st Line Support Engineer x 5 (10 months fixed term contract)

We are urgently looking for five 1st Line Support Engineers, to start on the 8th March, to work in the Service Team and provide 1st line helpdesk support, within an ITIL aligned and Microsoft environment.
The successful 1st Line Support Engineers, will be proactive and provide support via email and over the phone, escalating when required. This role is based at our clients HQ in Cheam, and will require you to work shifts, 0730-15:30 or 14:00-11pm. Core hours are 9am-6pm, work outside of these hours, is paid at a premium of 20% extra an hour.

Salary: up to 24K plus 20% per hour outside core hours
