Pre-Litigation Paralegal

Bond Turner is going through an extremely exciting period of growth, having just opened our 3rd office in another major city! We are part of the Anexo Group Plc and have fantastic opportunities available for ambitious individuals.

We are looking to further expand our Pre-litigation department with experienced fee earners.

You will be based in our stylish Liverpool office with a stunnning view across Liverpool/the docks.

Day to day you will be responsible for managing a mixed caseload of injury and non injury claims. You will deal with the claim from inception to completion. Should there not be a clear route to settlement, you will capable of issuing Part 7 proceedings.

The role is most suited to candidates who have a good understanding of the civil procedure rule. Credit hire experience is desirable but not essential. You must have a willing attitude and be capable of following a process whilst making it your own.

The salary is completely dependent upon experience. The salary bracket is 20-30k. On top of this we offer a highly lucrative and attainable bonus structure which includes paid overtime at a rate of time and a half.

There is progression for top performers onto the more complex litigated claims.

We have a friendly team and a very knowledgeable hiring manager that would provide any training and support that is required. Full training is provided on the job for promising applicants.

Experienced candidates with litigation experience (who want a step back) will also be considered.
