Sales Executive / Business Development Executive (Property Letting & Sales)

A Sales Executive / Business Development Executive is needed to join a leading independent property agency based in the heart of Bournemouth town centre. With some flexibility to work from home, expect an exciting opportunity to progress your career specialising in the rental of holiday homes and residential contracts. (No property experience is required as training will be given; you just need to show some sales experience and the right attitude and enthusiasm.)

Whether you are looking for a short business break, a temporary home or a holiday let, their warm and friendly team will carefully match you to outstanding properties. Due to continued success they are now seeking a Sales Executive / Business Development Executive, with excellent people skills, to assist with lead generation and new client sign up.

Working at the forefront of the business the Sales Executive / Business Development Executive will play a vital role generating new business leads whilst being an integral link between team members and clients (landlords). On a day-to-day basis expect to sign up new customers, conduct viewings, advertise and market properties, negotiate and close sales, keep all parties up to date with the process and anything else necessary to drive new business.

To qualify. Whether you are a Sales Executive / Business Development Executive / Sales Advisor / Sales Manager / Estate Agent / Letting Agent / Inbound Sales Executive / Sales Representative / Sales Development Rep / Lead Generation Specialist / Entry Level Sales Exec / Sales Executive / New Business Exec / Graduate Sales Advisor or similar, we don't mind, your CV just needs to demonstrate:

  • Some sales experience within the property industry (ideally);
  • A sense of humour is essential;
  • Ambition and resourcefulness;
  • Top class customer service skills;
  • An exceptional telephone manner;
  • Excellent relationship-building skills;
  • Strong organisational skills;
  • A positive, contemporary and forward thinking attitude towards the lettings industry and customer service;
  • A sunny disposition even when the going gets tough;
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Due to the nature of the role you will need a full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle. Mileage is paid. Access to company vehicles for those aged 21 and over during office hours.
