About us
Crisis is the national charity for homeless people. We know that homelessness is not inevitable. We know that together we can end it.

Crisis at Christmas is our unique event, with centres across Britain offering people experiencing homeless food, clothing, advice and support with health, housing, employment and benefits, as well as a safe space to stay at an extremely challenging time of year.

We are now recruiting to our Christmas Case Management Team, who work across the Crisis at Christmas services in London and through an outreach-based approach thereafter. We work in a psychologically informed way, supporting guests to set meaningful goals about accessing accommodation and services during the Christmas period and into the New Year.

About the role
We are looking for an experienced, skilled and driven person to join the team as a Team Leader. This is a new post and one in which you will support the management of the team as well as carrying a small caseload of clients. You will work alongside the team manager to develop and deliver a high-quality service in line with the aims and values of Crisis. You will be supporting the team to work with our members to end their homelessness. You will lead on member involvement within the team as well as build partnerships and progression pathways across London. You will be supported with professional development, including training, reflective practice and regular supervisions.

You will also provide flexible, person-centred support to establish open and trusting relationships guests who attend the Christmas project. You will offer high quality information, advice and support and work in a psychologically informed way. Through establishing internal and external partnerships and advocating where necessary, you will support guests to achieve their outcomes and move away from homelessness. Finally, you will be supported by the team administrator to record and monitor the progress of service users, ensuring the data is accurate.

You will be joining a highly experienced, motivated and supportive team within an ambitious organisation, seeking to improve the quality of life of people experiencing homelessness in London.
