The Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and outstanding account manager to manage our contracts for apprenticeship training. You will need to have a proven track record of working within apprenticeship provision, be an experienced account manager with a strategic vision in developing and managing employer accounts. This role is ideal for a person who can work collaborative with internal and external stakeholders, meet specific Key Performance Indicators and prioritise workload to meet a demanding role.

As an Account Manager you will join the successful TCC/IF company, be remote/field based to strategically deliver account management for your accounts with responsibility and accountability in developing whilst you focus on your stakeholders with a proactive approach. Experience required:
  • Significant and proven account management background, with a history of meeting and exceeding high value targets.
  • Knowledge and experience of the apprenticeships sector and the wider education and training market.
  • Experience of developing and presenting solutions made bespoke to a client's needs through a consultative approach.
  • Experience of effectively planning and tracking a nomination process to achieve commercial success.
  • A proven background in generating business via a variety of proactive, innovative methods inclusive of networking and leveraging and extending existing networks.
  • Exceptional communication skills
