The Junior Commercial Pricing Analyst Role:

The Commercial Pricing Analyst is primarily administrating the central point of sale system. This will involve the implementation of base pricing in CPA, fuel price notifications to all bases and dealing with price enquiries from internal and external customers. The Commercial Pricing Analyst is also involved in various reporting tasks that support the business in analysing current customer performance and pricing. Whilst there are some routine elements to this role, it will require interaction with the whole of the company network and external customers.

Main Responsibilities:

+ General administration of central point of sale system
+ Updating Fuel pricing on a weekly basis
+ Updating EMEA Base Local Deals and Sales contracts
+ Manage and administer Airport pricing and strategy with the EMEA General Managers
+ Supporting the Sales Administrator to improve processes
+ Managing the ‘Pricing Inbox’ and dealing with queries that arise
+ General assistance with month-end tasks
+ Managing the Price Override Report with EMEA Directors

About You:

+ Ideally educated to Graduate level or equivalent
+ Commercial intuition and interest
+ Numerically competent
+ Confident working with large volumes of data
+ Advanced Excel
+ Excellent organisational skills with a key attention to detail
+ Ability to prioritise, manage expectations and work to tight deadlines
+ Affinity with IT
+ Ability to communicate with all levels of the organisation
+ Ability to pass information to all levels of the organisation
+ Positive proactive can-do work ethic
+ Excellent Team Player
+ UK Driving Licence required
