The Workplace Consultant – Solutions / Delivery Role:
This role sits within our Professional Services team, it’s a talented team of engineers, who are involved in every aspect of testing and deploying complex technical solutions
Reporting into the Professional Services Team Lead the core focus of this role will be to deliver, Microsoft 365 solutions to our clients. You will contribute to project delivery and presales consulting as well as provide assistance to solution architects and consultants when planning and scoping work
You should be a highly skilled professional – someone who is dedicated, a quick learner, adaptable, and will be able to pick up a new technology with relative ease. You will need strong technical skills with Microsoft 365 core technologies, Microsoft server technologies and deployments
You will also need to be comfortable communicating regularly with clients. The role is customer facing and you will be expected to engage with external customers confidently and with passion. Although we need you to be technical adept, it is as important that every client feels we have given them 100% every time.
+ A degree in an aligned discipline alongside Microsoft qualifications would be advantageous
+ A high level of technical skill is essential for this role, with a fundamental understanding of networking and Microsoft products .
+ Significant experience within the IT industry.
+ Able to work well as part of a team and individually.
+ Desire to stay abreast of new technologies.
+ Ability to look for ways to improve and promote quality.
+ A passion for great customer service.
+ In depth knowledge of core IT systems such as Windows server and desktop.
+ In depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 core technologies
+ Ideally, qualifications in Microsoft 365 and Microsoft server technologies
+ Ideally, exposure to Citrix technologies, Palo Alto / Firewall knowledge and experience with SQL design and configure.
