As After Sales Manager you will:

+ Be responsible for the day to day operation and management of the team in a busy service department.
+ Have experience managing a franchise service department and ideally Kerridge experience.
+ Lead, inspire and support your team to achieve daily, weekly and monthly goals and targets.
+ Ensure departmental compliance with company policies and industry guidelines
+ Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and retention
+ Foster and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service.
+ Ensure high standards of quality and workmanship.
+ Control and oversee the correct operation of the After Sales Department on a day- to-day basis in the following key areas, using established systems and procedures
+ Achieve labour sales target.
+ Achieve targets for product challenge set on a monthly basis
+ Achieve mystery shop & quality standards set on a monthly basis
+ Achieve VHC KPI’s and quality measures
+ Achieve service plan targets set on a monthly basis

About You:

+ A full UK driving licence
+ Previous After Sales / Services experience
+ Be proactive and think outside of the box
+ Have excellent communication and negotiation skills
+ Have the ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
+ You will fit in well in a busy and friendly team and work hard to build a customer focused environment and drive your department to outstanding performance.
