The Solutions Architect Opportunity:

It's an exciting time to join the business as a Solutions Architect for Microsoft's Modern Workplace. As the in-house O365 specialist you'll be located within amazing offices in Farnborough providing solutions and pre-sales consultancy to an exciting range of clients across our newly combined entities of Wirehive and Pax8.

For the kinds of workplace transformation projects you'll be working on for both Wirehive and Pax8 referred clients, have a look at one of our case studies here.

We're really looking for someone who LOVES co-creating solutions with customers, is commercially aware and can skilfully blend Microsoft tooling while being focused on delivering real time to value. You'll be comfortable being the tech translating front face of our business with your great customer facing skills. You'll be working in an agile environment and you'll have an ability to execute High Level and Low Level Designs using Visio to produce quality Schemes of Work (SOWs). You'll also have a healthy discipline for documentation so our delivery team can follow your thinking.

You'll be ideal for us if you:

+ Are within easy reach of our Farnborough office
+ Have 3+ years cloud migration design experience in sub 1,000 seat environments
+ Have customer facing MSP experience or act as the Technical lead in a shared service function
+ Already tinker in your home-lab where you love to build, learn and study

Have experience designing and deploying solutions including:

+ Microsoft 365
+ Exchange Online
+ SharePoint Online
+ Teams
+ OneDrive
+ Intune
+ Autopilot

Have a solid understanding of:

+ Windows Server environments (2008 R2+)
+ Active Directory (Sites/Services, Users/Computers)
+ Hyper-V and VMWare hypervisor technology
+ Networking, DHCP, DNS, etc.

Plus it would be beneficial to have knowledge or experience of:

+ Microsoft Azure
+ Dynamics CRM
+ PowerShell
