Job Details

Role Purpose: To provide high level finance support to the Capital Advisors team. The ideal candidate will have gained experience within Financial Services or Real Estate and be able to build relationships at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

Raising client fee invoices
Processing supplier invoices
Reconciliation of disbursements
Updating Work-In-Progress sheets
Reconciliation of invoices to Salesforce
Preparation of month end accruals
Maintaining Aged Debtors at 30 days through weekly communication with FE's and liaising with Credit Controller
Bank transfers
Reconciliation of bank accounts
VAT returns and Companies House submissions for LPA Receivership appointments
Ad hoc analysis of financial data where required
Assisting with preparation of internal financial reports

Person Specification/Requirements
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritise and co-ordinate tasks efficiently ensuring all deadlines are met
Maintains a positive attitude towards routine tasks
Accurate and exceptional attention to detail
Pro-active and enjoys working autonomously and as part of a wider team
Confident and assertive where required
Flexible approach to work
Understands and appreciates the importance of using discretion
Team player who deals effectively with colleagues and clients
Experience gained from working within Financial Services or Real Estate
Strong organisational and administration skills
Part Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA
Exceptional communication skills, both verbally and in writing
Experience with PeopleSoft and Salesforce beneficial
