FINANCE & HR ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT
5 DAYS PER WEEK 0830-1630 (37 HOURS), TERM-TIME ONLY PLUS INSET DAYS - PERMANENT POST
Salary: Dependent on experience, but will range from Hay Grade 4A - 4E (£19,312 - £19,698 FTE per annum, approx £16,080 - £16,402 pro-rata per annum) to Hay Grade 6A - 6E (£20,493 - £21,748 FTE per annum, approx. £17,064 - £18,109 pro-rata per annum).
St. George's School is a unique provision for SEN as a secondary school for students with severe and complex needs.
We are looking to appoint a Finance & HR Administrator to be part of our team committed to improving the outcomes for students by providing high quality support to our learning environment. The new post holder will work alongside the School Business Manager and will be responsible for processing dinner money using the Tucasi on-line system; processing invoices and other financial duties including banking using the schools FMS system; controlling CPD administration. An understanding of HR procedures would also be desirable, as you would support the SBM and Senior Leadership Team with HR and general administration.
It is essential that applicants have a Level 2 Maths and English qualification.
The successful candidate will ideally;
* Have experience of school Finance & HR administration.
* Have experience of using Management Information Systems such as FMS & SIMS would be an advantage, although training can be provided.
* Be good communicators, with a flexible approach to forming productive relationships with students, parents and colleagues.
* Be committed to excellence in service delivery and show a high attention to detail.
