In a nutshell

Responsible for providing direct technical, booking, and troubleshooting support to trainers and learners utilising the Virtual Classroom platform. You will be maintaining the booking platform and generating reports to share with the wider business. You will support with the design and creation of high-quality resources used as part of remote delivery and the promotion of our Virtual Classroom offering

What will you be doing?
  • Work collaboratively with Regional Trainers and other relevant departments to meet operational KPIs and objectives.
  • Support the development of Virtual Classrooms by assisting in the creation of promotion and delivery materials.
  • Maintaining our booking platform, including creating and uploading CSV documents, adding new products and icons, troubleshooting issues, and communicating directly with our booking partners.
  • Providing excellent customer service and technical guidance to our partners and learners via email and telephone.

What will you bring to the role?
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Experience in designing resources for commercial use.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
