About the role
To be responsible for the Marketing of the profile of Queen Mary University of London and its educational programmes, and the attraction and recruitment of students from WP backgrounds as well as students from the UK more generally, EU and Overseas.
You will be responsible for developing, planning and leading on delivering university-wide campaigns, which will include co-ordinating campaign activities in a devolved university structure by implementing effective campaign governance procedures. This role will also require you to effectively line manage the campaigns and conversions team and will work collaboratively with the senior leadership team, managers, and with colleagues across Queen Mary.
The successful candidate will have technical expertise in student recruitment marketing (or equivalent) including, but not limited to, paid and organic campaign management, customer acquisition, CRM knowledge, email communications, social media, web, planning and management, developing and implementing systems and processes, event management, budget management, line management, evaluation and reporting on impact.
The successful candidate will also have excellent stakeholder management skills and be a proactive and effective communicator, who is as comfortable taking the initiative as they are working collaboratively as part of a team.

This role sits within the Marketing and Communications Directorate, which is responsible for raising the awareness and reputation of Queen Mary, and for increasing the quality and quantity of Queen Mary students applying to study with us.

The post is based at the Mile End Campus in London. It is a full time permanent appointment, with an immediate start date. The starting salary will be in the range of £47,325 to £52,833 per annum, inclusive of London Allowance.
