Founded in 2014 with offices in the UK, US and India we are the go-to Salesforce-first automated testing partner for enterprises. Following a recent $17 million funding round we are hiring our first Senior HR Executive. This could be an ideal opportunity for a candidate looking to step into a more senior role or those wanting a new challenge. Either way you would have extensive HR & People experience and ideally a track records managing distributed teams and cultures.

The role demands building HR processes from the ground up so this will be a hands-on role for a candidate who understands the fast-paced, informal, and always evolving nature of a software / tech company.

Shoreditch London / Part Remote (at least 1 office day p/w)
£70,000 – £80,000 + 20% Bonus (£84,000 – £96,000)

Provar helps enterprises transform the testing experience for their CRM solutions, saving time, cost, and disruption to customers. Established in 2014, it has grown materially each year and now has over 100 people around the world. It is at an exciting time in its development having received $17m of funding from Kennet Partners in order to further accelerate its growth.

A Global Head of People / HR is required to provide global leadership for the HR function. Initially to manage the small team, and lead the development of the HR policies and procedures. In time the role can develop to develop best practice to foster a high performance culture.

Key duties:

+ Advise managers on the terms of employment and share best practice with them.
+ Develop HR policy and procedures to drive performance and employee satisfaction.
+ Implement learning and development policy.
+ Provide advice on benefits, and manage the related policies and suppliers.
+ Administer payroll records and keep Finance appraised of any changes.
+ Manage the development and calculation of company variable pay plans.
+ Manage employee appraisal and feedback processes.
+ Work with appropriate parties on regional reward strategy.
+ Provide advice on recruitment and selection strategies.
+ Manage the recruitment process with the line managers, internal and external recruiters.
+ Carry out new starter inductions.
+ Drive alignment between HR strategy and business goals.
+ Continuously develop HR policies and processes and implement changes.
+ Manage complex employee relations casework.

About You:

+ Proven working experience as HR Manager in an international, SME environment (ideally software / tech)
+ HR subject matter holding CIPD Level 7
+ Ability to build HR function from the ground-up
+ Ability to deal with a multi-cultural, distributed workforce
+ People oriented and results driven
+ Experience of implementing HR good practice and systems
+ Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
+ Competence to build interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
+ In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
+ Appropriate qualification in Human Resources
