A unique opportunity for a candidate, ideally with a legal industry background, to join a leader in legal software for legal practices as a Client Projects Coordinator.
Technically you'll be known as 'Workflow Implementation Consultant' but in essence you'll bring to table your excellent working knowledge of processes, service delivery & ideally legal documentation to create the workflows for our customers using our Enterprise module. We think process & tech-savvy candidates who may have worked as a Paralegal, Legal Executive or Legal Secretary would be a good fit for the role. Projects experience would be advantageous.

The Client Projects Coordinator Role:
Reporting to the Head of Customer Support & Delivery this role focuses on the implementation of our ‘Enterprise module’, which is an enhancement of our software which includes creating workflows, integrations, tasks and case management for our clients. And this is where you’ll come in. You will use your legal industry experience to help customers build a case management document workflow for maximum case handing efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Tasks around this would include:
+ Building & maintaining existing and new matter type workflows
+ Delivery of our Enterprise module to new and existing customers via consultation
+ Update internal and external documentation
+ Legal background with focus on documentation and processes
+ Ability to demonstrate strong implementation track record
+ Experience of delivery training
+ Excellent Microsoft Office Skills
+ Good cognition
+ Understanding of legal case management software
+ Understanding of project management processes
+ Has Prince 2 Foundation and Practitioner
