The Business
Nigel Wright has been exclusively appointed to work with a global company based in Newcastle.

The Role
Our client is looking for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner. Duties will include:
  • Financial Management
  • Stakeholder engagement
  • Improving the impact, and understanding of, financial reporting on business performance
  • Providing analysis and delivering insight that links financial reports and KPIs to business strategies across all operations
  • Delivering forecast and budget variance analysis, create and interpret business performance KPIs covering areas such as resource utilisation and profitability by customer
  • Building partnerships and maintaining strong relationships with all senior managers and their teams
  • Developing internal reporting dashboards as a tool to inform and influence decision making
  • Compiling Annual Reporting Packages
  • Supporting the Finance function to deliver the annual audits in line with Group
  • Supporting the Finance function in preparation of the Annual Budget and regular in-year forecasts
  • Financial planning
  • Responsible for all financial elements of reporting
  • Monthly intercompany reconciliations
  • Monthly reporting to Group using SAP
  • Weekly reporting to Group on Cash flow

Person Specification
Our client is looking for an ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified experienced Finance Business Partner
Experience of international reporting and accounting within a multinational business.
Experience of using SAP
Dynamic approach, friendly, influential and a self-starter. Must be capable of working at pace and with a high degree of accuracy. A team player and able to work with staff at different levels.
