This is a key role to support the growth of the agencies client services team, they're looking for a Senior Account Manager or Junior Account Director to lead on projects, oversee the team and take ownership of new business pitches. You'll report into an Account Director with a highly supportive approach, but who will let you lead and take ownership of your role with a great amount of variety. Day to day you'll be managing a range of big clients, including some fantastic high street and household brands, overseeing campaign delivery, working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure delivery of impactful marketing campaigns across all channels. You'll also have the opportunity to play a key part in new business pitches, pulling together pitch teams, creds docs and leading pitches with other senior colleagues to support.
We're looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager (or Junior Account Director) who has a strategic and consultative approach, is able to understand a clients business challenges and come up with a multi channel campaign strategy that drives solutions and delivers results. You need to be a strong leader, able to effectively manage client relationships at a senior level, lead and mentor a team and be experienced pitching - from pulling together a cross divisional team to lead a client pitch.
Salary £35-40k plus great benefits
