We are currently seeking to appoint an inspirational and enthusiastic Programme Manager help lead our Construction department.
In this exciting role, you will have responsibility for the effective management and co-ordination of the courses/learning programmes within the department.
Working closely with the Director of Learning you will manage and organise the efficient day to day running of the department, ensuring that the student experience is maintained for all learners. You will also manage department budgets, timetable courses/staff, carry out staff observations, and personally still deliver an agreed amount of teaching hours.
The successful candidate must have:
- A full teaching qualification
- A minimum of a level 4 qualification in a Construction related subject
- Previous management experience within a FE environment (coordination or supervisory experience may also be considered)
- Extensive teaching experience within a Construction subject
