We are looking for ambitious, resourceful and business minded Corporate Law Solicitors with a genuine interest in the Technology/Financial Technology space to join a US law firm in London. Candidates will have excellent academics and have gained top tier practical experience in Corporate Law and are looking for genuine career prospects working with some of the best Corporate Law specialists in the London market. Junior Associates applying will have gained broad Corporate Law exposure and Senior Associates applying will ideally have a specialism in Equity Capital Markets and/or public Mergers & Acquisitions.
