Seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) experienced working at TDA level with Windows Server, O365, Storage & Networking. Working for an MSP on-site with their prestigious private equity Client.
Based on-site 3-4 days a week on customer site in London Victoria, and WFH 1-2 days a week.
As Technical Account Manager you are the conduit between client and MSP; you oversee and govern the provision of IT support services, delivery of projects, and IT strategy.
A strategic role, you will have oversight and governance of technical strategy, and architecture. You will facilitate delivery of IT strategy, verify new designs for infrastructure solutions and projects, own escalations, deliver monthly reports and maintain technical documentation.

Salary to £65,000.
