Assistant Programme Manager/Junior Project Manager - at least until end of July 2021
This role presents an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual to take responsibility to assist the lead Programme Manager in delivering projects.
Ideally you will have come from a consultancy background within construction and fit out. You may be a junior project manager looking for more responsibility and challenges and you will have excellent Project Coordinator skills
You will be assisting the Programme Manager through coordination and administration of key activities including planning, budget management, capturing meeting proceedings, and application of controls. The role is responsible for progress monitoring and reporting.
The post holder should be able to demonstrate the following:
Experience of coordinating programmes and multiple complex projects
Ability to analyse and synthesise complex information and present it clearly and precisely, both verbally and in writing
Ability to cope with multiple and changing demands, meet tight deadlines and exercise sound judgement in the face of conflicting pressures
Experience of working at an assistant level in a consultative construction environment
Key strengths:

Embraces a collaborative working environment to achieve shared objectives.
Strong interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain positive working relationships.
Strong organisation and planning skills to manage a wide variety of tasks, processes and responsibilities.

Self-motivated with a strong results focus, takes the initiative to drive disciplined delivery of objectives.
Desirable
Familiarity with standard project management tools e.g. MS Project.
Experience of using SharePoint.
Excellent Excel Skills
This is a remote working role but you may occasionally have to go in to the London or Leeds offices for meetings.
