Job Details

Paid Media Manager (YouTube focus)

Online Subscription Scale-up (Sports & Gaming)

Fully Remote (Long term)

The Company:

A rapidly growing and fully remote online subscription business in the Sports & online betting space (not a gambling business). The end of 2020 marks their largest recorded headcount and revenue rate, whilst the growth trajectory shows no signs of wavering. Their expanding customer base pays a monthly fee for betting content and advice. The company is in a strong & profitable financial position and are expanding into new markets, so it is a great time to join, taking advantage of a fully remote role.

The Role & Required experience.

The successful candidate will take ownership of the paid social strategy, with a particular focus on YouTube. They have had phenomenal results in their paid social efforts, especially on Facebook, and someone who can replicate this success on YouTube ads would be ideal. Once the YouTube ads are running successfully, you will have a lack of red tape to implement campaigns on other paid social / media channels that drive more subscriptions to the company's core product portfolio.

If you are well versed in effective YouTube advertising strategy and implementation and want to make a big impact within a small but rapidly growing and profitable business, please apply! You will likely have at least 1 or 2 years in hands on YouTube ads and exposure to other paid media channels would be a bonus!

What will you get in return?

  • Long term fully remote working
  • Private healthcare
  • A young, smart and dynamic team
  • 28 days holiday + Bank holidays
  • Flexible hours
